25-Year Anniversary Reception
On Wednesday 7 June 2017, we celebrated 25 years of the Festival of Learning and Adult Learners’ Week campaigns. Our exclusive reception was sponsored by City Lit, and took place in their theatre in central London.
Award winners, partners and guest speakers joined this inspirational day of celebrations, including Learning and Work Institute’s patron HRH Princess Royal. She spoke passionately about the many benefits of lifelong learning and presented our 2016 Patron’s Award winner, Emily Hicks, with her award.
Take a look below at the highlights of the reception, including images, films, blogs and quotes from previous award winners and Festival of Learning partners.
