Soon after embarking on a Construction course, Casey was offered an apprenticeship with a local company and became their first female bricklayer.
Jack experienced speech and language difficulties from an early age which impacted his ability to make friends at school and ‘fit in’. He now has several qualifications and a permanent job under his belt.
Emily didn’t enjoy her time at school and left with only a few GCSEs. After a break of eight years she decided it was time she returned to education so she could have the career she wanted.
