New Directions Award Winners
Sponsored by Skills and Education Group, this award celebrates individuals who have embarked on a learning journey specifically in order to take their life in a completely new direction, for example to pursue a significant career change or to achieve lifelong goals or ambitions. Winners of this award will have used learning to reinvent themselves or their career, and/or to accomplish things that they were previously unable to, for example due to personal circumstances such as family or work commitments. Winners of this award will inspire others to take up learning to realise their own ambitions, particularly later in life.
